To delete the account through our mobile apps, go to ‘Account’ menu then select ‘Settings’. From the ‘Settings’, an option ‘Delete my Account’ in red is available to delete user account. An email request to delete the account can be sent to ‘contactus@hotpay.co‘ in order for support team to proceed with deletion of account.
Certain information may continue to be retained where required for:
